Student – HR Helpdesk

Job Description

Do you want to get a broad experience within HR while studying at the university? Are you structured and want to give support? Join the Axis HR Helpdesk, we are now looking for a student to join us at the HQ in Lund!

The role You will be working in the HR Helpdesk team where you, along with your colleagues, support employees and managers with HR related matters through different channels. For us, it’s important to support the organization in a customer-oriented, timely and professional way.

In this role you will:

  • Give support and solve cases through our internal support system, phone and face-to-face.
  • Prioritize your work and handle the cases in a structural way.
  • Practice our collective agreement (Teknikavtalet), Swedish labor law and Axis policies.

HR administration will be a big part of your daily work. You will be administrating documentation connected to the employee, such as employment contracts, HR system updates and other tasks regarding leave applications, time reporting and preparation before salary payment.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a thorough and structured coordinator, who enjoys working with people. We believe that you have a positive attitude and an eagerness to develop yourself and the services that you are providing to our employees. You are service-minded and have a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Work at Axis is based on responsibility, which requires you to be proactive, curious and self-motivated to move forward. You will work together with an experienced HR team handling cases in a high pace environment requiring the same from you. Working in HR Helpdesk is about meeting and supporting colleagues. We believe you are a strong core values ambassador in thoughts and actions.

This is a student position which means that it is required that you study at a university during your employment.

We believe you have:

  • Started your university studies in Human Resources or similar field of study.
  • An interest in Swedish labor law and “The Swedish model”.
  • Knowledge in the Office 365 package, especially in Excel and Word.
  • Very good English and Swedish skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience from working in a customer focused role.
