Description du poste

Rattaché à la Direction, vous prenez en charge le développement et le pilotage de l'activité Audit Charges Sociales en assurant les missions suivantes :

1/ Stratégie et développement commercial

  • Produire les analyses de marché et les stratégies de conquête
  • Développer les produits et assurer la veille réglementaire
  • Concevoir les nouvelles offres, les incarner et en assurer le déploiement opérationnel
  • Développer l'adhésion des équipes de vente et soutenir la commercialisation des offres

2/ Pilotage de la performance

  • Maintenir et optimiser le processus de croissance rentable
  • Gérer les objectifs et le budget du département
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et participer aux revues de gestions mensuelles

3/ Management et qualité

  • Manager et animer l'équipe de consultants, datas analysts/miners, chargés de missions
  • Piloter la démarche qualité et la satisfaction client

Qualifications

  • Une formation de l’enseignement supérieur (Ecole de Commerce, Finance, RH & Paie…)
  • Minimum 6 ans d’expérience professionnelle avec une expérience avérée dans le domaine et 10 ans dans la gestion d’équipe
  • Des qualités de négociateur, de réelle capacité d’influence et un bon relationnel
  • L’esprit d’équipe et le goût du challenge
