Dans la cadre de son développement, Ayming Digital, filiale du groupe AYMING, a de très fortes ambitions pour développer sa solutions SAAS ACCILINE+, en France et à l’international.

Description du poste

Quelles sont les missions qui vous seront confiées quand vous intégrerez les équipes Ayming Digital ?

Vous porterez le développement de notre activité de vente de solutions SAAS auprès de cibles RH et HSE.

Le développement de cette activité est stratégique pour la croissance du Groupe. Votre maitrise de techniques de ventes ainsi que votre gout pour le challenge & le développement commercial vous permettra d’accroitre les ventes de notre solution SAAS, leader sur le marché Français dans le domaine de la Santé, Sécurité au Travail.

Vous serez en charge de :

  • Cibler, Prospecter les entreprises afin de comprendre leurs besoins en solution SST
  • Identifier et développer les relations avec les interlocuteurs clés de votre portefeuille : DRH, HSE, Responsables Prévention.
  • Comprendre les priorités et impératifs métiers des décisionnaires et leur apporter des solutions spécifiques
  • Réaliser vos propositions commerciales, négocier les contrats et suivre la relation clients en collaboration avec les experts internes

Pour votre montée en compétences, un socle solide de formations à nos métiers vous sera dispensé (approche conseil, techniques de vente, produits, relations clients, suivi de la performance, CRM Salesforce) et un parcours dispensé par notre Ayming Academy.

Poste à pourvoir sur Bordeaux (33) ou sur Levallois-Perret (92)

Qualifications

  • De préférence, une très bonne connaissance des enjeux des métiers HSE, QHSE, Préventions des Risques ou SIRH
  • Une appétence forte pour le métier du Commerce
  • Une première expérience dans l’environnement SAAS ou dans la commercialisation de services en B to B est un plus
  • Une bonne maitrise de l’Anglais
  • Un esprit combatif et beaucoup d’énergie
