Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellungen von Debitorenrechnungen mittels DATEV
  • Durchführung des Mahnwesens
  • vorbereitende Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Betreuung der Kunden am Telefon und ggf. Weiterleitung der eingehenden Telefonate
  • allgemeine Sekretariats- und Verwaltungsaufgaben (Bsp. Ablage, Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Besprechungen, Statistiken für die GF u.v.m.)
  • Vertretungsweise: Bestellwesen, Postein- und Postausgang

Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. Kauffmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Programmen zwingend erforderlich
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Schichtarbeit (Mo-Fr: 07:30 Uhr - 16:00 Uhr und 08:00 Uhr - 16:30 Uhr)
