Deine Aufgaben

  • fachliche Führung eines kleinen IT-Teams (2–3 Personen)
  • Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der internen IT-Systeme (Server, Clients, Netzwerk, Firewalls)
  • Administration von Windows- Servern sowie Microsoft 365-Umgebungen
  • Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Rechten und Gruppen
  • Überwachung der Systemverfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit
  • 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende
  • Betreuung von Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
  • Dokumentation der IT-Prozesse und -Infrastruktur
  • Softwaremanagement (u.a. LIMS)
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Identifikation und Integration von KI-basierten Lösungen zur Optimierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse

Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in der Systemadministration von Windows- Umgebungen
  • erste Führungserfahrung oder klare Bereitschaft zur Übernahme einer Teamleiterrolle
  • Erfahrung mit Netzwerkadministration (Switches, VLANs, VPN, Firewalls etc.)
  • idealerweise Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware, Hyper-V)
  • analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
