CONTEXTE DU POSTE

Afin de renforcer et d’accompagner nos équipes Pharma & Nutraceutique, nous recrutons un(e) Chef(fe) de Produit en CDI, basé(e) à La Défense (Courbevoie).

VOTRE MISSION

Rattaché(e) au Directeur de département, vous évoluez dans un environnement international et transverse, au cœur des enjeux business et innovation du Groupe.

Vous êtes en charge du développement marketing et commercial des fournisseurs de votre portefeuille sur le périmètre Life Science (Pharmaceutique & Nutraceutique).

Vous intervenez comme un acteur clé du développement des ventes, en lien étroit avec les équipes commerciales, les fournisseurs et les fonctions support.

VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Piloter la relation quotidienne avec les fournisseurs : budgets, forecasts d’achats (en lien avec le planner), reporting mensuel et/ou trimestriel
  • Assurer la maintenance et la fiabilité des données produits, en partenariat avec le service réglementaire
  • Construire et déployer des plans marketing pour dynamiser les ventes de produits existants et soutenir les lancements
  • Organiser et animer des journées clients, workshops et événements autour de l’innovation technique et du développement durable
  • Apporter un support technique et marché à forte valeur ajoutée aux équipes commerciales auprès des clients
  • Réaliser des études de marché, assurer la veille concurrentielle et suivre les tendances marché et réglementaires
  • Participer activement aux groupes de travail transverses avec les autres Chefs de Produit du Groupe afin d’harmoniser outils et méthodes

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Formation universitaire Bac +4/5, idéalement avec une expertise en formulation
  • Bonne connaissance des chaînes de valeur
  • Forte orientation solutions, approche innovante et business
  • Sensibilité commerciale marquée, goût pour le développement des ventes
  • Excellente expression orale et force de conviction
  • Dynamisme, rigueur, organisation et méthodologie
  • Sens des responsabilités et de la performance
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques (bureautique, ERP, CRM)
  • Anglais courant (anglais technique)
  • Permis B
