Per lo sviluppo e l’evoluzione di un prodotto proprietario destinato a progetti enterprise per clienti, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Full Stack AI Developer con esperienza concreta nello sviluppo end-to-end e nell’utilizzo dell’AI all’interno del ciclo di sviluppo software.

Cerchiamo una persona con solide basi tecniche, abituata a lavorare in contesti di consulenza e delivery, capace di operare sia sul backend — server, logica applicativa, API e database — sia sul frontend, contribuendo allo sviluppo e all’integrazione delle interfacce utente.

Attività

La persona selezionata sarà coinvolta nello sviluppo e nell’evoluzione di applicazioni Full Stack, nella progettazione di REST API, nell’integrazione con database relazionali e NoSQL e nella realizzazione di soluzioni destinate a contesti enterprise.

Parte integrante del ruolo sarà l’utilizzo quotidiano di strumenti di AI-assisted development per attività di sviluppo, refactoring, testing, debugging, code review, documentazione e analisi di codebase esistenti. È quindi importante saper utilizzare l’AI in modo consapevole, fornendo contesto e prompt adeguati, valutando criticamente gli output generati e mantenendo piena responsabilità sul codice prodotto.

Competenze tecniche

Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede:

  • esperienza concreta su progetti Full Stack end-to-end;
  • esperienza maturata in contesti di consulenza, software house o delivery per clienti esterni;
  • padronanza di almeno uno dei seguenti stack: Java + Angular / React; .NET + React; Node.js + Vue.js; Python + framework moderni;
  • esperienza nella progettazione e sviluppo di REST API;
  • conoscenza di database relazionali e NoSQL;
  • buona conoscenza di Git;
  • esperienza con pipeline CI/CD;
  • buona conoscenza dell’inglese tecnico;
  • esperienza concreta nell’utilizzo di strumenti di AI-assisted development come GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor o equivalenti;
  • utilizzo dell’AI in attività di: sviluppo; refactoring; testing; debugging; code review; documentazione; analisi di codebase esistenti;
  • capacità di valutare criticamente gli output generati dall’AI;
  • capacità di fornire prompt, contesto e istruzioni efficaci agli strumenti utilizzati;
  • approccio strutturato e consapevole all’integrazione dell’AI nel workflow quotidiano di sviluppo.
