B&A Consulting è una Software House e Digital Company che offre soluzioni personalizzate e innovative attraverso competenze tecnologiche specialistiche e servizi di consulenza IT.

Per progetti enterprise in ambito automotive, mobility e grande distribuzione, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Senior Full Stack Developer con esperienza nello sviluppo e nell’evoluzione di applicazioni web complesse.

I progetti riguardano piattaforme B2B, processi post-vendita, reti di distribuzione e assistenza, workflow internazionali e integrazioni con ERP e sistemi terzi.

Attività

La persona selezionata si occuperà principalmente di:

  • sviluppo di nuove funzionalità;
  • manutenzione evolutiva e correttiva di applicazioni già in produzione;
  • analisi tecnica dei requisiti;
  • supporto alla definizione delle soluzioni architetturali;
  • sviluppo e integrazione di API REST;
  • integrazione con sistemi esterni ed ERP;
  • sviluppo di applicazioni web enterprise modulari e scalabili;
  • code review e confronto tecnico con il team;
  • troubleshooting applicativo;
  • analisi e ottimizzazione delle performance;
  • collaborazione con sviluppatori, QA e Project Manager.

Requisiti

Backend

  • ottima conoscenza di Python;
  • esperienza nello sviluppo di applicazioni web enterprise;
  • esperienza nella progettazione ed esposizione di API REST;
  • capacità di lavorare su architetture modulari e scalabili;
  • esperienza nella manutenzione ed evoluzione di software già in produzione.

Frontend

Conoscenza professionale di almeno uno tra:

  • React;
  • Angular;
  • Vue.js.

È inoltre richiesta esperienza in:

  • sviluppo di Single Page Application;
  • gestione dello stato applicativo;
  • integrazione con API REST;
  • componentizzazione della UI;
  • gestione di routing e autenticazione.

Database

  • esperienza con database relazionali;
  • buona conoscenza di SQL;
  • capacità di data modeling;
  • esperienza nell’ottimizzazione di query.

DevOps / Infrastructure

  • esperienza nell’utilizzo di Docker;
  • familiarità con ambienti containerizzati;
  • buona conoscenza dei workflow Git.

Nice to have

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

  • esperienza in contesti B2B complessi;
  • esperienza con piattaforme internazionali multi-country o multi-tenant;
  • conoscenza di processi di post-vendita o dealer management;
  • esperienza nei settori automotive, mobility o motorsport;
  • interesse per il settore motociclistico.

Soft skills

Completano il profilo:

  • autonomia operativa;
  • capacità di analisi e problem solving tecnico;
  • proattività;
  • capacità di confronto con team tecnici e Project Manager;
  • attitudine alla collaborazione;
  • capacità di gestire attività complesse in autonomia;
  • orientamento alla qualità del software.
