B&A Consulting è una Software House e Digital Company che offre soluzioni personalizzate e innovative attraverso competenze tecnologiche specialistiche e servizi di consulenza IT.

Per un progetto enterprise in ambito Banking & Financial Services, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Technical Analyst con solido background tecnico e esperienza nella stesura di analisi tecniche, integrazioni applicative e troubleshooting su sistemi complessi.

Attività

Le principali attività riguarderanno:

  • raccolta e formalizzazione delle analisi tecniche;
  • analisi degli impatti applicativi e delle integrazioni tra sistemi;
  • supporto all’evoluzione e manutenzione di applicazioni enterprise;
  • analisi di problematiche applicative complesse e troubleshooting end-to-end;
  • interazione con team di sviluppo, architettura e stakeholder di progetto;
  • analisi e verifica di API REST e flussi applicativi;
  • utilizzo di database relazionali per attività di analisi e verifica dati;
  • supporto alle attività di testing e validazione tecnica;
  • gestione e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica.

Competenze tecniche

Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede:

  • formazione in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o percorsi equivalenti;
  • esperienza maturata nel settore IT in contesti enterprise;
  • esperienza nella stesura di analisi tecniche;
  • esperienza in ambito bancario e/o finanziario;
  • solido background nello sviluppo software;
  • esperienza nello sviluppo e manutenzione di applicazioni enterprise;
  • ottima conoscenza di Java e delle principali architetture applicative enterprise;
  • ottima conoscenza di database relazionali, in particolare Oracle e/o MySQL;
  • buona conoscenza di SQL e PL/SQL;
  • esperienza con API REST e integrazioni tra sistemi;
  • utilizzo di strumenti come Postman e Swagger;
  • esperienza nel troubleshooting applicativo end-to-end;
  • conoscenza di ambienti Linux/Unix e Shell Scripting;
  • conoscenza di Git o strumenti equivalenti;
  • esperienza con strumenti ALM come Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps o equivalenti;
  • capacità di lavorare su architetture distribuite e sistemi complessi;
  • conoscenza della lingua inglese almeno B2.

Nice to have

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

  • esperienza con architetture a microservizi;
  • conoscenza di Kubernetes;
  • esperienza con pipeline CI/CD, Jenkins o Azure DevOps;
  • esperienza in contesti Agile/Scrum;
  • conoscenza del dominio Banking / Investments;
  • nozioni di performance tuning applicativo e database;
  • esperienza in attività di incident e problem management;
  • esperienza in contesti internazionali e multiculturali.
