Wat is jouw rol als marketing officer bij b-inside?

Als marketing officer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze marketing en communicatie. Je werkt nauw samen met zowel het management als het salesteam en zet ideeën om in campagnes en content [AD1] die opvallen.

  • Je stelt het jaarlijkse contentplan op, afgestemd op het salesplan: doelen, budget, planning en campagnes. Je werkt het contentplan uit en coördineert de campagnes van begin tot eind.
  • Je creëert creatieve content zoals mailings, blogs en social media posts.
  • Je beheert onze social media en website.
  • Je zorgt voor onze visual marketing: van gadgets en vlaggen tot de bestickering van onze firmawagens.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de interne teams en met externe partners, zoals ons marketingbureau.
  • Je houdt contactlijsten en ons brandbook up-to-date.
  • Je bekijkt opdrachten met een kritische blik en stelt proactief verbeteringen of vervolgstappen voor.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige leadopvolging: van eerste contact tot gekwalificeerde lead voor het salesteam.

  • Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en je weet anderen te overtuigen van je ideeën en voorstellen.
  • Je bent creatief en vernieuwend : je bekijkt zaken vanuit een frisse invalshoek, stelt bestaande werkwijzen constructief in vraag en denkt proactief mee
  • Je hebt voldoende marketinginzicht om content, social media en een website te beheren.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met collega's en externe partners en draagt bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, stelt makkelijk prioriteiten en houdt overzicht, ook als er veel tegelijk gebeurt.
  • Je bent flexibel en leergierig : je schakelt snel tussen taken, verwerkt nieuwe informatie vlot en gaat zelfstandig aan de slag, ook als nog niet alles vastligt.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, houdt het eindresultaat voor ogen en haalt je deadlines.
  • Ervaring in marketing of communicatie is een must.
