Wir suchen Dich

  • Du übernimmst die Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung unseres Customer Service Teams – inklusive eigenständiger Betreuung unserer externen Dienstleister
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Kundenanfragen (z. B. zu Lieferzeiten, Änderungen oder technischen Themen) effizient, präzise und termingerecht bearbeitet werden
  • Du unterstützt dein Team aktiv in der Auftragsabwicklung und behältst dabei auch unsere Stammdaten im Blick.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass wir während unserer Servicezeiten bestens erreichbar sind – und unsere Kunden einen erstklassigen Service erleben, auch im Reklamationsfall
  • Du planst und begleitest Kampagnen (Inbound & Outbound) und coachst dein Team mit viel Engagement und Know-how
  • Du bringst dich in Projekte zur Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Abläufen ein und treibst unsere Digitalisierung weiter voran
  • Du bist Impulsgeber in Veränderungsprozessen und gestaltest die Neuausrichtung des Teams mit kreativen, innovativen Ideen aktiv mit

Damit begeisterst Du uns

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Kundenservice – idealerweise auch im Call-Center-Umfeld
  • Du kommunizierst klar und auf Augenhöhe und hast Freude daran, Teams anzuleiten, zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Telefonieren und aktive Kundenbetreuung machen dir wirklich Spaß
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in MS Navision sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch zeichnen dich aus
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, organisiert und stets lösungsorientiert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
