Voor ons internationale retail team zoeken we een ambitieuze international retail manager die commerciële kansen ziet, teams verder brengt en energie krijgt van (inter)nationale groei. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor meerdere Capi-winkels op luchthavens in Europa en reist wekelijks naar onze locaties. Je combineert een strategische blik met een hands-on aanpak en weet hoe je commerciële ambities vertaalt naar sterke resultaten op de winkelvloer.

Wat ga je doen?

Als international retail manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële prestaties, operationele aansturing en verdere ontwikkeling van meerdere nationale en internationale luchthavenwinkels. Je werkt nauw samen met store managers, ondersteunt hen in hun ontwikkeling en zorgt ervoor dat teams optimaal presteren.

Je houdt zicht op wat er speelt in de verschillende winkels, signaleert kansen en stuurt bij waar nodig. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere groei van Capi door store openingen, verbouwingen en andere retail projecten succesvol te realiseren.

Concreet houd je je bezig met:

  • Leiderschap en ontwikkeling: je coacht en motiveert store managers, helpt hen hun teams te ontwikkelen en stimuleert eigenaarschap en resultaatgericht werken.
  • Commerciële resultaten: je stuurt op omzet, marges, sales-KPI’s en operationele prestaties en zet verbeterkansen om in concrete acties.
  • Strategie en uitvoering: je vertaalt de commerciële doelstellingen van Capi naar haalbare actieplannen en bewaakt de uitvoering op de winkelvloer.
  • Internationale groei: je begeleidt nieuwe store openingen, verbouwingen en andere projecten die bijdragen aan de uitbreiding en ontwikkeling van onze winkels.
  • Markt en relaties: je volgt lokale marktontwikkelingen, signaleert commerciële kansen en onderhoudt sterke relaties met luchthavenpartners.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris van €5.000 tot € 6.000 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur per week, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring, aangevuld met een vaste jaarlijkse kerstbonus en een prestatieafhankelijke bonus;
  • Een fulltime jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
  • Auto, laptop en telefoon van de zaak;
  • 25 vakantiedagen met de mogelijkheid extra dagen bij te kopen;
  • Deelname aan de collectieve pensioenregeling, ondergebracht bij het Nederlandse Pensioenfonds;
  • Interne en externe trainingen en opleidingen die aansluiten bij jouw ontwikkeling.

Dit ben jij

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als regio manager, area manager of vergelijkbare leidinggevende ervaring in de retail branche;
  • Sterke coachende en ontwikkelingsgerichte leiderschapsvaardigheden;
  • Ervaring met het sturen op omzet, KPI's, marges en commerciële resultaten;
  • Je begrijpt als geen ander hoe belangrijk hospitality is binnen retail en weet teams te inspireren om dagelijsk een onderscheidende en consistente klantbeleving neer te zetten;
  • Bereidheid om wekelijks (inter)nationaal te reizen;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels;
  • Minimaal 8 jaar woonachtig in Nederland (vereist voor de luchthavenpassen).
