Ons Legal team zorgt ervoor dat alle artikelen die Topbrands in- en verkoopt voldoen aan alle relevante wet- en regelgeving. Ter versterking van het Legal team zijn wij op zoek naar een:

Medewerker Product Compliance – Personal & Home Care

De functie

Als Medewerker Product Compliance werk je binnen het Legal Team dat zich bezighoudt met de ontwikkeling van onze eigen producten. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de product compliance van A-merkproducten én voor een groot deel van onze eigen merken (Sence en At Home).

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je administratieve werkzaamheden met het bewaken van productveiligheid en het naleven van wet- en regelgeving.

De werkzaamheden

  • Verzorgen van relevante registraties voor de verschillende producten;
  • Bijwerken van relevante productinformatie op de website;
  • Uitzetten van de veiligheidsbeoordelingen van de producten bij een chemisch adviesbureau;
  • Het laten opstellen en verwerken van veiligheidsinformatiebladen (SDS);
  • Beheren van sociale compliance voor onze internationale leveranciers;
  • Klachtenbehandeling, beheer en registratie;
  • Het beheren en vullen van productveiligheids- en compliance informatie in klantportalen
  • Het opstellen van conformiteitsdocumenten.

Functie-eisen

Ben jij onze nieuwe collega?

Je bent punctueel en hebt graag structuur in je werk. Daarnaast kijk je verder dan de informatie die direct voor je ligt, en heb je een proactieve houding. Je bent leergierig en staat stevig in je schoenen. Je werkt net zo graag in teamverband als zelfstandig. Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving.

Wat wij verder nog belangrijk vinden:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde mbo 4- of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een administratieve, juridische of bedrijfskundige richting;
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een administratieve functie waarin nauwkeurigheid, structuur en het verwerken en beheren van informatie belangrijk zijn;
  • Je hebt interesse in product compliance en vindt het leuk om je te verdiepen in Europese wet- en regelgeving rondom Personal & Home Care-producten;
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Beheersing van de Duitse en/of Franse taal is mooi meegenomen;
  • Je woont binnen 45 minuten reisafstand van Oud-Beijerland.

Aanvullende informatie

Wat bieden wij

  • €3.000 - €4.250 bruto p/m (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring)
  • De functie is voor 32–40 uur per week
  • 28 vakantiedagen met mogelijkheid tot bijkopen van 10 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. 40-urige werkweek)
  • Reiskostenvergoeding en een pensioenregeling waarbij Topbrands 2/3 van de premie betaalt
  • Flexibele werktijden en mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken;
  • Mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan het Topbrands Fietsplan
  • Laptop, fruit, gave bedrijfsfeesten, bootcamp en padel
