Nossa estrutura contempla produção e assessoria de eventos, cenografia, montagem de stands, decoração, buffet, coquetelaria, sistema de gestão, ticketeira e outras soluções integradas, transformando eventos em uma poderosa ferramenta estratégica para empresas que desejam fortalecer sua marca e gerar resultados.

Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Unidade organizado(a), analítico(a) e com senso de prioridade para garantir fluidez nas rotinas e apoiar a evolução dos nossos processos internos.

Atividades:

  • Liderar a gestão administrativa e financeira, incluindo compras estratégicas e controle de despesas
  • Garantir estoque para operação
  • Tomar decisões estratégicas com base em dados financeiros e operacionais
  • Analisar registro de pontos e tratar ocorrências
  • Analisar indicadores operacionais, comerciais e de satisfação do cliente (NPS, ticket médio, conversão, etc.)
  • Realizar reuniões de alinhamento com líderes e franqueado
  • Elaborar e informar escala do mês aos colaboradores da loja
  • Garantir o cumprimento de metas comerciais e propor campanhas internas de incentivo
  • Conferir datas de validade e vigência dos Laudos da Vigilância
  • Garantir conformidade com normas legais e sanitárias, com apoio da equipe de liderança operacional
  • Representar a unidade junto à franqueadora, auditorias e órgãos reguladores
  • Garantir a replicação dos padrões da franqueadora e atualização dos processos
  • Acompanhar o desempenho dos líderes e colaboradores nas unidades, oferecendo feedbacks estruturados

Requisitos:

  • Análise e gestão de indicadores de performance (vendas, produtividade, NPS)
  • Gestão financeira aplicada ao varejo (controle de custos, margem, DRE simplificada)
  • Planejamento estratégico de metas e campanhas comerciais;
  • Tomada de decisão baseada em dado
  • Gestão de estoque e compras de alto impacto
  • Comunicação corporativa e institucional
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel e Ferramentas BI (desejável)
  • Leitura e interpretação de relatórios gerenciais
