1. 参与需求分析，Android平台框架搭建及软件架构的设计，关键技术选型等工作; 2. Android平台框架层的新技术开发以及扩展; 3. 根据新技术项目完成功能型APP/工具测试型或DEMO APP开发，负责Android开发遇到的技术难点的分析和解决; 4、参与产品技术规范制订、技术文档编写。

1. 计算机、通信、自动化或电子工程专业本科及以上学历; 2. 精通Android开发平台的框架原理，深入了解Android软件架构，熟练使用android SDK，NDK, JNI等进行开发；有Android framework相关开发经验，熟悉AMS,WMS,PMS，了解卡顿，内存泄露，crash等常用调试手段； 3. 理解驱动程序结构，了解各种外设和协议栈; 4. 扎实的Java、C++语言基础，熟悉数据结构和算法，有很强的编码能力; 5 . 有Android framework相关性能优化、新特性开发工作; 建议UX交互应用设计经验者优先; 6. 善与人沟通、责任心强、具有团队合作精神，善于编写技术文档。
