1. 本科以上学历，计算机或通信工程相关专业，5年以上工作经验； 2. 3年以上物联网产品开发或测试工作经验，精通相关产品的测试方法； 3. 精通软件测试理论、流程与方法，熟练使用Android/iOS App、web、服务器功能常用测试工具； 4. 熟悉无线通信技术与协议，如WiFi、BLE、Zigbee等；熟悉计算机网络原理和了解相关TCP/IP协议，如 HTTP、TCP/UDP/IP、MQTT等； 5. 具备良好的质量意识，对所负责测试的项目质量负责，能独立承担项目质量分析及推动工作； 6. 具有独立的测试项目管理协调能力，以及风险把控能力； 7. 具有较强的业务分析能力、沟通与表达能力和综合协调能力，工作积极主动。
