1. 负责意向阶段项目范围、交圈对接方案、设备接入方案的支持与确认，定制化需求的成本工作量核定 2. 负责交付阶段的需求调研、整体业务蓝图解决方案设计、定制需求规格说明书设计、定制需求原型设计，满足项目范围内客户的业务需求，并获得客户的签字确认 3. 负责交付阶段需求开发过程的需求设计澄清，保证开发人员按照设计进行开发，需求上线后的业务验收及操作手册的编制与输出 4. 负责对客户进行软件系统操作培训、操作答疑、收集使用问题及优化需求 5. 负责管理交付过程中的需求变更与需求增补，核定变更&增补工作量给项目经理 6. 负责对客户系统管理员进行系统业务运维的知识转移，保证客户系统管理员能自主解决软件系统的非BUG问题

1. 本科及以上学历，3年及以上产品经理相关经验，有IT/云计算/互联网相关ToB平台产品经验优先 2. 在园区运营管理，经营分析，账务收费系统，园区车行、人行、访客、安防、能源、环保等IOT集成应用，楼宇自控系统，工单管理系统等某个方面有较深的产品经验 3. 能够快速理解业务场景，抽象需求输出产品规划和设计，并管理功能实现及发布进度和质量 4. 较强的学习能力、自驱力及良好的团队合作意识，具备出色的内外部沟通协作能力和资源整合能力，能有效参与和推动重大平台的应用落地
