1. 以提升测试能力与工程效能为目标，通过创新方法、测试工具和自动化保障项目质量，提高测试效率； 2. 对被测对象进行工具与自动化需求分析，提取并开发相应的测试工具，执行自动化相关工作； 3. 实施全流程质量保证，与项目团队配合，持续提炼典型问题与解决方案，形成知识库，完善测试能力保障； 4. 独立负责嵌入式系统模块、Android/iOS APP、云平台版本测试，包括系统测试、性能测试、稳定性测试。

1. 本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业，5年以上工作经验； 2. 3年以上web或者app测试开发或研发工作经验； 3. 掌握一门以上编程语言（Python、Java），熟悉vue.js、django 、spring或app开发优先； 4. 具备移动终端应用或web端自动化测试开展经验，熟悉Selenium、UIAutomation其中至少一种测试工具，有自动化测试框架开发经验者优先； 5. 熟悉常用自动化测试框架，并有框架搭建经验或优化经验； 6. 具备良好的质量意识，对所负责测试的项目质量负责，能独立承担项目质量分析及推动工作； 7. 善于总结，乐于分享，积极抽象与归纳高效工具与测试方法，并进行横向传播，推动团队能力提升。
