1、精通Linux和Windows平台上的运维工作；熟悉主流运维安全架构，并熟练对网络设备、安全设备、服务器、存储和数据库等基础资源进行维护和管理，具有私有云建设和维护经验者优先； 2、 精通Shell、Perl等至少一门常用脚本语言，熟悉自动化运维以及研发运维一体化并具有丰富的实践经验； 3、熟练操作各种数据库，包括MySQL、SQL Server、Mongo、Redis等；具有数据库管理和优化经验；熟悉Nginx、RabbitMQ等常用中间件的管理； 4、 熟悉熟悉k8s/Docker容器的管理和操作，有微服务架构系统运维经验者优先。
