The posting

Als Internal Sales Medewerker ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van hun bestellingen en commerciële dossiers. Je begeleidt het volledige proces van aanvraag tot levering en stemt hiervoor nauw af met de interne afdelingen. Daarbij combineer je dagelijks klantencontact met commerciële en administratieve opvolging.

Jouw rol:

  • je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op
  • je volgt offertes en commerciële aanvragen op en ondersteunt de externe sales bij lopende dossiers
  • je coördineert de opvolging van stalen en klantaanvragen
  • je beheert bestellingen van orderinvoer tot levering en volgt ook de facturatie verder op
  • je stemt regelmatig af met productieplanning, logistiek, boekhouding en andere afdelingen om afspraken en leveringstermijnen na te komen
  • je zorgt voor correcte klant- en artikelgegevens en houdt product- en bedrijfsdocumentatie up-to-date
  • je volgt stockinformatie op en communiceert hierover met de betrokken collega's
  • je behandelt vragen en klachten van klanten en zoekt actief naar passende oplossingen
  • je werkt nauw samen met de externe sales en ondersteunt het team bij commerciële opportuniteiten
  • je hebt ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienstfunctie
  • je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een Bachelordiploma
  • je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en hebt commercieel inzicht
  • je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en bent administratief en cijfermatig sterk
  • je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet verschillende dossiers en prioriteiten goed te combineren
  • je denkt oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief en wacht niet af
  • je werkt graag samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen
  • naast het Nederlands heb je een vlotte kennis van het Frans en Engels, bijkomende talen zijn een pluspunt
  • je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office en andere courante digitale toepassingen
