Als Internal Sales Representative ondersteun je de sales en combineer je klantencontact, advies en offerteopvolging. Je beheert de contacten met klanten, prospecten en architecten binnen jouw regio en speelt actief in op commerciële mogelijkheden. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de externe salescollega's en zorg je voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.

Jouw rol:

  • onderhouden van telefonische en schriftelijke contacten met klanten, prospecten en architecten binnen jouw regio en klantenportefeuille
  • beantwoorden van commerciële vragen en adviseren van klanten over passende oplossingen
  • herkennen en opvolgen van commerciële opportuniteiten en zelf initiatieven nemen om klantenrelaties verder uit te bouwen
  • verwerken van prijsaanvragen, opmaken van offertes en actief opvolgen van lopende voorstellen
  • verwerken en bijhouden van de bijhorende commerciële administratie in Dynamics NAV
  • nauw samenwerken met de externe salescollega's om klanten en prospecten correct op te volgen
  • je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • je bent commercieel ingesteld, klantgericht en weet op een vriendelijke maar assertieve manier te overtuigen
  • je hebt interesse in interieurvormgeving en affiniteit met technische producten
  • je legt gemakkelijk contacten, bouwt graag relaties op en werkt vlot samen met collega's
  • je neemt zelfstandig commerciële initiatieven en denkt actief mee over nieuwe mogelijkheden
  • je beschikt over technisch inzicht en bent bereid om je technische productkennis verder uit te bouwen
  • naast het Nederlands heb je een goede kennis van het Engels en durf je klanten ook in het Frans te woord te staan
