Als Preventieadviseur niveau 2 geef je vorm aan een praktisch en gedragen veiligheidsbeleid. Je staat in voor risicoanalyses, preventiemaatregelen en het naleven van de welzijnswetgeving, waarbij je oog hebt voor mens en organisatie.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en opmaken van duidelijke rapportages
  • ontwikkelen en implementeren van preventiemaatregelen en preventieprogramma's binnen het kader van welzijn op het werk
  • toezien op de naleving van wet - en regelgeving op het gebied van welzijn op het werk
  • organiseren en geven van veiligheidsopleidingen en sensibiliseringsacties voor medewerkers
  • actief samenwerken met leidinggevenden, werknemers, externe preventiediensten en andere stakeholders aan een geïntegreerd veiligheidsbeleid
  • onderzoeken en analyseren van arbeidsongevallen en incidenten, inclusief oorzaakanalyse en opvolging van corrigerende acties
  • beheren en actualiseren van preventiedocumentatie, risicoanalyses en wettelijke registers
  • proactief meedenken met de organisatie en bijdragen aan continue verbetering en innovatie binnen preventie en welzijn
  • je beschikt over het getuigschrift Preventieadviseur niveau 2
  • je hebt ervaring binnen de metaalsector of bouwsector
  • je hebt een degelijke kennis van de wetgeving m.b.t. welzijn op het werk
  • je beschikt over sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • je gaat georganiseerd en gestructureerd te werk
  • je bent nauwkeurig en administratief sterk
  • je bent communicatief sterk en kan constructief samenwerken met verschillende partijen
  • je bent leergierig, proactief en dynamisch
  • je hebt een gedegen kennis Frans en Engels
