Jouw uitdaging

Als Field Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het installeren, onderhouden en herstellen van de veiligheidssystemen van Brigade Electronics op bedrijfsvoertuigen. Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat installaties correct functioneren en volledig voldoen aan de verwachtingen van de klant.

Je werkt zelfstandig vanuit een duidelijke planning, maar hebt dagelijks contact met collega's van de binnendienst, sales en technische support.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Installeren en monteren van elektronische veiligheidssystemen op vrachtwagens, bedrijfswagens en andere voertuigen.
  • Opsporen en oplossen van storingen.
  • Uitvoeren van reparaties en garantiewerkzaamheden.
  • Klanten informeren over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte communicatie tussen klant en Brigade Electronics.
  • Ondersteunen van collega's van de binnendienst, buitendienst en het magazijn.
  • Controleren of installaties volledig voldoen aan de wensen van de klant.
  • Actief deelnemen aan technisch overleg en bijdragen aan continue verbetering.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een technieker die graag zelfstandig onderweg is en energie haalt uit het oplossen van technische vraagstukken.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Bachelor werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in autotechniek, elektrotechniek of mechatronica.
  • Ervaring met voertuigelektronica of vrachtwagenelektronica.
  • Goede kennis van elektrische installaties.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Klantgerichte en professionele communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Flexibiliteit; je hebt geen 9-tot-5-mentaliteit.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en bij voorkeur ook van het Frans.
