Zur tatkräftigen Unterstützung unserer Backstube suchen wir engagierte und flexible Bäcker (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Auch Quereinsteiger mit handwerklichem Geschick und Interesse an der Backwarenherstellung sind herzlich willkommen!

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von Back-, Brot- und Kuchenwaren nach traditionellen und modernen Rezepturen
  • Bedienung und Pflege der Produktionsanlagen
  • Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe zur Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Erkennen und Melden von Störungen an die Vorgesetzten
  • Durchführung von Sichtkontrollen und Aussortieren fehlerhafter Produkte
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Vorbereitung von Teigen und Massen sowie deren fachgerechte Verarbeitung
  • Unterstützung bei der Warenkommissionierung und Verpackung

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation – Quereinsteiger mit handwerklichem Geschick werden ebenfalls eingearbeitet
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Backwarenproduktion
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in den Nacht- und frühen Morgenstunden
