Du bist ein Organisationstalent, liebst den Duft frischer Backwaren und strahlst Freude im Umgang mit Menschen aus? Dann werde Filialleitung (m/w/d) in unserer Evertzberg-Filiale in Düsseldorf und gestalte mit deinem Team ein Einkaufserlebnis, das unsere Kunden begeistert!

📋 Deine Aufgaben

  • Entgegennehmen der Lieferungen inkl. Prüfung des Lieferscheins und Kontrolle des Wareneingangs
  • Erstellung des Thekenbildes
  • Bedienung der Arbeitsgeräte
  • Backen der Teiglinge
  • Vorbereitung des Snack-Bereichs inkl. Belegen der Brötchen und Braten von Eiern
  • Verkauf der Produkte und Kundenberatung
  • Entgegennahme von Kundenbestellungen
  • Durchführung von Produktbestellungen sowie Zusatzprodukten und Verpackungsmaterial
  • Kasse zählen und prüfen
  • Retourenkontrolle
  • Einhaltung der Ordnung in der Filiale (Spülen und Reinigungsarbeiten)
  • Erstellung der Dienstpläne sowie Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Erste Verantwortlichkeit bei allen filialrelevanten Themen und Ansprechpartner für die Verkaufsleitung
