About the Role

This role serves as the face of Backland. You’ll welcome guests, handle front desk duties, assist other departments, and support guest services.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and assist guests
  • Handle guest questions, concerns, and special requests
  • Answer the phone and make reservations
  • Make judgment calls with confidence and care
  • Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Setup and maintain continental breakfast
