About the Role

Backland offers a nightly dining experience designed to feel intimate, thoughtful, and memorable. As a Server, you are not just delivering plates, you are helping guests with an experience, feel cared for, welcomed, and connected.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide guests through a four-course dining experience with warmth and confidence
  • Communicate menu details clearly and thoughtfully
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize service
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
  • Maintain professionalism and calm during service
  • Deliver food and buss tables
