Descrizione

Per un progetto in ambito banking, siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa Middle/Senior con una solida esperienza come IT Business Analyst / Analista Funzionale e una concreta esperienza nella gestione di progetti IT. La persona avrà un ruolo operativo e pratico, focalizzato sull’analisi organizzativa e funzionale, mantenendo al contempo una visione d’insieme e competenze di Project Management. Si occuperà della gestione end-to-end delle richieste, dall’analisi dei requisiti fino al rilascio in produzione, interfacciandosi con stakeholder business e team tecnici.

Competenze richieste

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Business Analyst / Analista Funzionale in contesti IT strutturati;
  • Esperienza concreta nella gestione di progetti IT complessi con responsabilità di Project Management;
  • Esperienza in ambito banking;
  • Capacità di raccogliere, analizzare e documentare requisiti business e funzionali;
  • Capacità di tradurre le esigenze di business in specifiche funzionali e organizzative;
  • Esperienza nella gestione end-to-end delle richieste, dall’analisi al rilascio in produzione;
  • Buona conoscenza delle metodologie di Project Management;
  • Capacità di monitorare avanzamento, tempi, scope e qualità dei progetti;
  • Conoscenza di base di SQL/PL-SQL e capacità di interrogazione dei database;
  • Ottime capacità di interfaccia con stakeholder business, team tecnici e interlocutori internazionali;
  • Capacità di tradurre contenuti tecnici in comunicazioni chiare e comprensibili anche per interlocutori non tecnici;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2), fondamentale per la gestione quotidiana dei progetti con team internazionali;
  • Laurea in discipline tecnico-scientifiche.

  • Esperienza in contesti organizzativi strutturati e su progetti complessi;
  • Conoscenza di processi e dinamiche del settore bancario;
  • Esperienza nell’analisi e nell’ottimizzazione dei processi organizzativi e operativi;
  • Familiarità con strumenti di gestione e monitoraggio progettuale.
