Descrizione

Per un progetto in ambito Cyber Security, siamo alla ricerca di una figura Senior con esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Project Manager Cyber Security.

La persona sarà responsabile della gestione dell’intero ciclo di vita dei progetti, dalla fase di pre-sales fino alla chiusura della delivery, garantendo il corretto coordinamento tra attività commerciali, team tecnici e stakeholder coinvolti.

Il ruolo prevede un forte presidio progettuale, con particolare attenzione a tempistiche, milestone, KPI, scope e qualità della delivery, oltre alla gestione della relazione con il cliente e delle eventuali criticità.

L’attività sarà svolta prevalentemente da remoto, con possibilità di presenza occasionale presso il cliente a Milano. È pertanto richiesta una disponibilità logistica su Milano o zone limitrofe.

Attività principali

  • Gestione end-to-end dei progetti in ambito Cyber Security, dalla fase di prevendita fino alla chiusura della delivery;
  • Gestione delle tempistiche di consegna e degli impegni definiti in fase di pre-sales, assicurando coerenza tra proposta commerciale e realizzazione tecnica;
  • Pianificazione e coordinamento delle attività dei team interni ed esterni coinvolti nei progetti;
  • Monitoraggio dell’avanzamento progettuale, delle milestone, dei KPI, delle tempistiche e dello scope;
  • Organizzazione e conduzione dei Kick-off Meeting con i clienti, garantendo il corretto allineamento su obiettivi, perimetro progettuale, ruoli e responsabilità;
  • Gestione della comunicazione verso tutti gli stakeholder, assicurando trasparenza e reporting puntuale sull’andamento delle attività;
  • Identificazione e gestione proattiva di rischi, criticità e dipendenze progettuali;
  • Coordinamento delle eventuali azioni correttive necessarie al rispetto degli obiettivi di progetto;
  • Supervisione della fase di handover verso il team di Assurance, assicurando una transizione strutturata e completa.

Competenze richieste

  • Almeno 6 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti IT complessi;
  • Esperienza concreta nel ruolo di Project Manager, preferibilmente maturata su progettualità in ambito Cyber Security;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali principi e delle tematiche di Cyber Security, necessaria per comprendere il contesto tecnico, i requisiti di sicurezza e le soluzioni proposte;
  • Esperienza nella gestione dell'intero ciclo di vita del progetto, dalla pre-sales alla delivery;
  • Capacità di pianificazione, coordinamento e monitoraggio di team multidisciplinari;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di milestone, KPI, scope, tempi e rischi progettuali;
  • Ottima capacità di gestione della relazione con clienti e stakeholder;
  • Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Project;
  • Ottima capacità di costruzione e gestione di Gantt di progetto;
  • Capacità di predisporre reporting progettuale chiaro e strutturato.

Competenze gradite

  • Esperienza maturata presso società di consulenza o realtà strutturate operanti nel settore Cyber Security;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di attività di pre-sales e handover;
  • Familiarità con processi di Security Assurance;
  • Conoscenza di metodologie e strumenti di Project Management;
  • Familiarità con framework, standard e processi tipici della sicurezza informatica.
