Descrizione

Per un progetto in startup a novembre siamo alla ricerca di 1 QA Lead Middle/Senior e consolidata esperienza nell’ambito Software Quality Assurance.

La persona avrà la responsabilità di coordinare e guidare le attività di QA, assicurando qualità, organizzazione e corretta esecuzione delle attività di test, con un presidio trasversale su testing funzionale, automation e non funzionale. Il ruolo prevede una componente di leadership e coordinamento del team QA, oltre a una costante interazione con il cliente e con gli stakeholder di progetto. È gradita una precedente esperienza nel settore Finance e una laurea in discipline STEM.

Responsabilità principali

  • Coordinare e organizzare le attività del team QA;
  • Definire e presidiare processi, metodologie e standard di Quality Assurance;
  • Supervisionare attività di testing funzionale, automation e non funzionale;
  • Pianificare le attività di test, monitorandone avanzamento, priorità e qualità;
  • Gestire la reportistica relativa alle attività QA e ai risultati dei test;
  • Interfacciarsi direttamente con il cliente e con gli stakeholder di progetto;
  • Supportare il team attraverso attività di leadership, mentoring e coaching operativo;
  • Favorire un dialogo efficace con il team, garantendo ownership, rispetto delle scadenze e raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
  • Supportare la gestione e risoluzione di eventuali criticità;
  • Operare sia in contesti Agile sia Waterfall.

Competenze richieste

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ambito Software Quality Assurance;
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di QA Lead o in ruoli analoghi di coordinamento;
  • Esperienza concreta nella gestione e supervisione di team di test;
  • Solida esperienza in ambito QA trasversale: functional testing, test automation e non-functional testing;
  • Buona conoscenza dei principali processi e metodi di QA;
  • Conoscenza di metodologie Agile e Waterfall;
  • Esperienza nella definizione e gestione di reportistica QA;
  • Capacità di monitorare avanzamento, priorità, criticità e qualità delle attività di test;
  • Capacità di relazione e gestione del cliente;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata.
