Die Bäckerei MOSS GmbH ist eine Handwerksbäckerei mit Hauptsitz in der Kellershaustraße in Aachen. Seit unserer Gründung im Jahr 1925 legen wir Wert auf Tradition, Qualität und Innovation. Unser Ziel ist es, unseren KundInnen täglich frische und hochwertige Backwaren anzubieten. Mit 58 Filialen und einem Team aus über 800 Mitarbeitenden sind wir stolz darauf, regionaler Marktführer zu sein. Um unsere Verkaufsteams und Filialen weiter voranzutreiben, suchen wir für ausgewählte Filialen eine erfahrene Filialleitung (m/w/d), die Lust hat, die innovative Bäckerwelt der Bäckerei MOSS mitzugestalten. Und dafür brauchen wir genau Dich!

Deine Rolle als Filialleitung:

  • Führung und Motivation des Teams: Du bist Ansprechpartner:in und Vorbild für die Mitarbeitenden in deiner Filiale.
  • Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts: Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs
  • Verkauf und Kundenservice: Aktive Unterstützung des Teams im Verkauf, verbunden mit einem hohen Anspruch an Servicequalität.
  • Ziele erreichen: Verantwortung für die Umsatzentwicklung und die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards.
  • Umsetzung von Unternehmensrichtlinien: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Vorgaben und Konzepte einheitlich umgesetzt werden.

Profil:

  • Erfahrung in der Filial- oder Teamleitung: Idealerweise im Einzelhandel, in der Gastronomie oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Leidenschaft für Backwaren und Kundenservice: Du hast ein Gespür für Qualität und kannst diese Begeisterung an dein Team und unsere Kunden weitergeben.
  • Organisationstalent: Strukturiertes Arbeiten und lösungsorientiertes Denken gehören zu deinen Stärken.
  • Teamplayer-Mentalität: Du führst mit Herz und Verstand und bist ein echtes Vorbild.
  • Flexibilität und Engagement: Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.
