Deine Rolle als stellvertretender Abteilungsleiter der Snackabteilung:

  • Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden: Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitenden und förderst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams.
  • Erarbeitung und Etablierung neuer Prozesse und Strukturen: Du bist maßgeblich an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung effizienter Produktionsprozesse und organisatorischer Strukturen beteiligt.
  • Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs hinsichtlich Qualität und Termintreue: Du überwachst und optimierst die Produktionsabläufe, um höchste Qualität und pünktliche Lieferungen sicherzustellen.
  • Rezepturpflege und -weiterentwicklung: Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Pflege bestehender Rezepturen und die Entwicklung neuer, innovativer Snack-Ideen.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Produktionsprozess: Du arbeitest aktiv im Produktionsprozess mit und unterstützt Deine Mitarbeitende bei der Herstellung hochwertiger Snacks.
  • Sicherstellung eines hohen Qualitätsstandards: Du legst großen Wert auf Qualität und setzt dich für die Einhaltung hoher Qualitätsstandards ein.
  • Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Meetings mit dem Führungskräftekreis und der Geschäftsführung: Du nimmst aktiv an Meetings teil und trägst zur strategischen Ausrichtung der Snackabteilung mit bei.

Profil:

  • Hands-On Mentalität sowie Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität: Du hast eine praktische und flexible Arbeitsweise und bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du kannst effektiv mit Mitarbeitenden auf allen Ebenen kommunizieren und bist in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.
  • Wissen über Produkte, Prozesse und gängige Hygienevorschriften wünschenswert: Idealerweise verfügst Du über Kenntnisse im Bereich Lebensmittelproduktion sowie über gängige Hygienevorschriften und Qualitätsstandards.
