Für unsere Filiale MOSS am Dom suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und zuverlässige Filialleitung (m/w/d).

Arbeite an einem besonderen Standort mitten im Herzen von Aachen und übernimm Verantwortung für ein motiviertes Team sowie den erfolgreichen Ablauf unserer Filiale.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung und Organisation der Filiale MOSS am Dom.
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Filialteams.
  • Sicherstellung eines freundlichen, aufmerksamen und kompetenten Kundenservices.
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Unternehmensstandards.
  • Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Warenpräsentation und optimalen Warenverfügbarkeit.
  • Organisation und Kontrolle von Bestellungen und Warenannahme.
  • Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Filiale.
  • Umsetzung unserer Verkaufs- und Unternehmensziele.
  • Unterstützung des Teams im täglichen Verkauf und aktives Mitarbeiten im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende, Kundinnen und Kunden sowie interne Ansprechpartner.

Dein Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise im Bäckerei-, Lebensmittel- oder Einzelhandelsbereich.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Organisationstalent und Freude daran, Abläufe aktiv zu gestalten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden.
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, auch in arbeitsintensiven Situationen.
  • Bereitschaft, selbst aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mitzuarbeiten.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse zur sicheren Kommunikation mit Kundinnen, Kunden und Mitarbeitenden.
