Wer wir sind

Wir sind eine große hausärztlich-internistische Praxis im Kölner Norden mit über 20 Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie einem großen interdisziplinären Team. Unsere Praxis wächst kontinuierlich – und wir legen großen Wert auf ein respektvolles, unterstützendes und kollegiales Miteinander.

Deine Tätigkeit bei uns

Bis zur ärztlichen Zulassung/Approbation erfolgt die Tätigkeit nicht in ärztlicher Funktion, sondern im Rahmen unseres unterstützenden medizinischen Praxisteams.

Deine Aufgaben

Du erhältst dabei die Möglichkeit, den Praxisalltag und das deutsche Gesundheitssystem intensiv kennenzulernen und unser Team unter anderem in folgenden Bereichen zu unterstützen:

  • Behandlungsassistenz
  • Patientenkoordination und Empfang
  • Administrative Aufgaben und Praxisorganisation
  • Unterstützung bei Dokumentation und Abrechnung

Die Stelle eignet sich besonders für Ärztinnen und Ärzte im Zulassungsverfahren, die praktische Erfahrungen sammeln, ihre medizinische Fachsprache vertiefen und sich Schritt für Schritt in die Abläufe des deutschen Gesundheitswesens einarbeiten möchten.

Dein Profil

Was Du mitbringst

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium im Ausland
  • Eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis in Deutschland
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau
  • Wohnmöglichkeit in Köln oder Umgebung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Offenheit dafür, neue Abläufe und Strukturen kennenzulernen und aktiv im Team mitzuarbeiten
