Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert, kennst Dich in der EBM-Abrechnung aus und hast Freude daran, Wissen verständlich weiterzugeben? Dann freuen wir uns darauf, Dich kennenzulernen.

Für unsere Abrechnungsabteilung suchen wir eine zuverlässige und fachlich versierte Unterstützung mit ausgeprägter Begeisterung für die Begleitung und Schulung unserer Auszubildenden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Schulung und intensive Anleitung unserer Auszubildenden im Bereich Abrechnung (EBM und ggf. HZV)
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung, Prüfung und fristgerechten digitalen Übermittlung der Quartalsabrechnungen
  • Mitarbeit in der EBM-Abrechnung sowie unterstützend in der HZV-Abrechnung
  • Fachliche Ansprechperson für interne Kolleg*innen bei Abrechnungsfragen, insbesondere im Bereich EBM
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im Abrechnungsteam zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe und Vertretungen
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung interner Abrechnungsprozesse und Schulungskonzepte
  • Arbeit mit der Praxissoftware tomedo®

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im medizinisch-kaufmännischen Bereich (z. B. MFA, PKA) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Einheitlichen Bewertungsmaßstab (EBM)
  • Grundkenntnisse in der HZV-Abrechnung sind wünschenswert
  • Freude daran, Wissen verständlich zu vermitteln und Auszubildende im Arbeitsalltag zu begleiten
  • Geduld, Teamgeist und ein souveränes Auftreten – auch in lebhaften Praxisphasen
  • Eine sorgfältige, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an gemeinsamer Weiterentwicklung und modernen Praxisstrukturen
