Manage contractor compliance including SWMS, licences, insurances, inductions and hazardous materials controls. Lead site inductions and toolbox talks focused on operational, safety and environmental requirements. Monitor construction quality against approved scopes, specifications and drawings. Facilitate construction risk assessments and maintain hold-point and quality control processes. Manage site logistics, scheduling, supplier coordination and day-to-day contractor activities. Resolve site issues, make operational decisions and escalate critical risks appropriately. Coordinate works around live broadcast infrastructure, service cutovers and operational constraints. Provide regular reporting on project progress, contractor performance, quality outcomes and emerging risks.

LET’S HEAR ABOUT YOU We're looking for an experienced construction professional who can confidently lead contractors and trades while maintaining strong safety, quality and project delivery outcomes.

To be successful, you'll bring:

Proven experience supervising commercial construction, refurbishment, recovery or reinstatement projects. Strong knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards and WHS requirements. Demonstrated capability managing contractor compliance, SWMS, licensing, insurances and hazardous material controls. Experience delivering toolbox talks, managing hold points and driving quality assurance processes. The ability to coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders within operationally critical environments. Confidence making site-based decisions and resolving issues in fast-moving project environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working alongside electrical, HVAC, specialist infrastructure or technical delivery teams.

Hold-point management, inspections, defect resolution and quality control. Contractor due diligence and compliance management. Hazard identification, risk assessment and implementation of effective control measures. Working knowledge of RF/EME environments or other operationally critical sites. Experience coordinating building certification requirements and regulatory compliance is advantageous. Insurance-related repair, recovery or reinstatement project experience is highly regarded. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
