Lead the delivery of mission-critical rail communications systems on landmark infrastructure projects shaping Sydney's future.   WHY BAI COMMUNICATIONS It’s an exciting time to be part of BAI Communications. Building on our achievements in broadcasting, telecommunications and critical communications, we continue to expand our operations, helping connect people and support communities.   We operate one of the world’s most extensive broadcast networks, delivering fully managed television and radio services to 99% of the Australian population. This expertise positions us at the forefront of intelligent, connected infrastructure development across Australia.   Our acquisition of Titan ICT has strengthened our mission-critical capabilities, adding deep expertise in mining, resources, and energy industries. This expansion enables us to deploy robust solutions across Australia’s most demanding operational environments.   Discover more through BAI360, our virtual tour platform.    ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking an experienced Project Manager - Rail Communications to lead the delivery of telecommunications and critical communications systems across major rail infrastructure programs.   Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will take ownership of the design and construction program from initial design through to integration, testing, commissioning and handover. Acting as the key interface between internal teams, contractors and project stakeholders, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with commercial, technical and program requirements.   This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to some of Sydney's most significant transport infrastructure projects while working with advanced communications technologies that keep communities connected.   Key Responsibilities

Coordinate design, construction, integration, testing and commissioning activities across multiple project phases. Lead project governance activities, including reporting, performance tracking, risk management and stakeholder communications. Coordinate internal engineering, procurement, commercial, legal and document control functions to achieve project objectives. Manage interfaces with head contractors, rail asset owners, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, rail safety requirements, quality processes and HSE standards. Support successful project handover and close-out activities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
