This Senior AI/ML Engineer role is part of the Data, Analytics & AI team, responsible for developing innovative data-driven products and artificial intelligence solutions that power the Cordant suite of digital products. You will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI, machine learning, and analytics solutions that improve asset reliability, operational performance, and customer experience across industrial environments.

Partner with the best

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will work at the intersection of industrial data, cloud technologies, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence. You will collaborate with product managers, domain experts, software engineers, and data engineers to deliver production-ready solutions while providing technical leadership throughout the AI/ML development lifecycle.

As the Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing scalable AI/ML and advanced analytics solutions for the Cordant product portfolio.
  • Building production-grade data pipelines, predictive models, and AI workflows using structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Developing Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, including intelligent assistants, copilots, and enterprise search experiences.
  • Architecting Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, agent workflows, prompt engineering strategies, evaluation frameworks, and AI governance controls.
  • Deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI/ML solutions using MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, and observability best practices.
  • Driving technical design decisions and partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex customer and business challenges.
  • Mentoring engineers while promoting reusable frameworks, engineering standards, and AI/ML best practices.
  • Ensuring AI solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, explainable, and aligned with responsible AI principles.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or another STEM-related discipline.
  • Have 4–8 years of experience developing and deploying machine learning, analytics, artificial intelligence, or data-driven solutions.
  • Have strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or LangGraph.
  • Have hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, agentic AI architectures, and AI evaluation techniques.
  • Have experience designing data pipelines and working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Have strong knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD practices, APIs, microservices, container technologies, and modern software engineering principles.
  • Have experience designing scalable AI/ML architectures and successfully taking solutions from prototype through enterprise production deployment.
  • Have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills within an Agile product development environment.

Desired Characteristics

  • Have experience applying AI and machine learning technologies to industrial, reliability, asset performance, or operational use cases.
  • Demonstrate a passion for innovation and emerging technologies within the AI and data analytics landscape.
  • Be able to effectively influence stakeholders and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Possess strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
