The posting

Baker Tilly recherche un Consultant Comptable Confirmé (H/F) pour rejoindre son équipe à Casablanca. Vous interviendrez de manière autonome sur des dossiers variés et contribuerez à la qualité des prestations comptables, fiscales et sociales délivrées à nos clients.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Prendre en charge la tenue et la révision comptable d'un portefeuille de clients.
  • Établir les déclarations fiscales courantes : TVA, acomptes IS, retenues à la source et autres obligations fiscales.
  • Préparer les déclarations sociales et participer à l'établissement des fiches de paie.
  • Élaborer les situations comptables mensuelles, trimestrielles et les travaux de clôture annuelle.
  • Assurer le respect des échéances fiscales, sociales et comptables.
  • Participer à l'accompagnement des clients sur leurs problématiques comptables et fiscales.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin de garantir un service de qualité.

Compétences recherchées

  • Excellente maîtrise des principes de la comptabilité générale et de la révision comptable.
  • Bonne connaissance de la fiscalité marocaine et de la législation sociale.
  • Maîtrise des déclarations fiscales et sociales.
  • Très bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Excel.
  • La connaissance d'ERP comptables et de logiciels de paie constitue un atout.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme Bac+5 en Comptabilité, Finance, Gestion ou équivalent.
  • Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 2 ans, idéalement acquise au sein d'un cabinet d'expertise comptable ou d'audit reconnu.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément avec rigueur et autonomie.
  • Bon esprit d'analyse, sens de l'organisation et aisance relationnelle.
  • La maîtrise opérationnelle de l'anglais constitue un atout.
