Baker Tilly recrute pour le compte de l'un de ses clients un(e) Directeur Administratif et Financier H/F

Vos missions :

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, vous êtes un véritable partenaire de la Direction et prenez en charge le pilotage des fonctions financières, comptables et administratives de l'entreprise.

À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront notamment :

  • Superviser et coordonner les activités comptables, financières et administratives ;
  • Encadrer les équipes internes et piloter les prestataires intervenant sur votre périmètre ;
  • Élaborer et suivre les budgets, forecasts et plans financiers ;
  • Piloter les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles et garantir la fiabilité du reporting financier ;
  • Produire et analyser les reportings financiers à destination de la Direction Générale et du Groupe ;
  • Assurer le suivi de la performance financière des projets, de la phase d'offre jusqu'à leur clôture ;
  • Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de performance financière ;
  • Analyser les écarts par rapport au budget et à l'exercice précédent et proposer les actions correctives adaptées ;
  • Piloter la trésorerie, optimiser le besoin en fonds de roulement et assurer le suivi des encaissements et décaissements ;
  • Superviser les cautions et garanties bancaires ainsi que les opérations de couverture de change ;
  • Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans le suivi des marges, des résultats et de la rentabilité des projets ;
  • Garantir le respect des obligations comptables, fiscales, sociales et réglementaires locales ;
  • Superviser les relations avec les commissaires aux comptes, auditeurs, administrations, banques et autres partenaires externes ;
  • Veiller au respect des procédures internes et à la maîtrise des risques financiers ;
  • Participer aux décisions stratégiques et accompagner la Direction Générale dans le pilotage de la performance ;
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration et à la digitalisation des processus financiers.

Profil recherché :

De formation supérieure en finance, comptabilité, gestion ou école de commerce (Master, DSCG ou équivalent), vous justifiez d'une expérience de 8 ans minimum dans une fonction financière à responsabilités, idéalement acquise au sein d'un groupe international ou d'un environnement structuré et opérationnel.

Vous disposez d'une solide maîtrise de la finance d'entreprise, de la comptabilité, du contrôle de gestion, de la trésorerie et du reporting financier.

Vous maîtrisez les normes comptables marocaines et disposez de bonnes connaissances des normes IFRS.

Vous avez une bonne maîtrise d'Excel. La connaissance des outils de reporting, ERP et Power BI constitue un atout.

Rigoureux(se), structuré(e) et doté(e) d'un bon leadership, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d'analyse, votre sens du service et votre aptitude à travailler en transversal.

Vous êtes capable d'évoluer dans un environnement international et de collaborer avec des interlocuteurs locaux et internationaux.

Vous êtes force de proposition et souhaitez occuper un rôle à forte dimension stratégique, opérationnelle et transverse, en véritable partenaire de la Direction Générale.
