Buscamos un(a) Senior de Consultoría Financiera con sólida experiencia en análisis y gestión financiera, capaz de acompañar a nuestros clientes en la toma de decisiones estratégicas mediante la elaboración de análisis, reportes y modelos financieros robustos y confiables. Esta posición desempeñará un rol clave en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora, optimización de recursos y generación de valor, contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenible y al fortalecimiento financiero de nuestros clientes. Buscamos una persona analítica, orientada a resultados y con excelentes habilidades de comunicación e influencia.

Responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar encargos de consultoría financiera y contable para clientes: reestructuración de registros y EEFF, implementación de NIIF / NIIF para PYMES y diagnósticos financieros.
  • Construir modelos financieros para clientes: flujos de efectivo proyectados, presupuestos, escenarios, rentabilidad de proyectos y valoración de empresas (DCF y múltiplos).
  • Participar en encargos de procedimientos convenidos, información financiera prospectiva y revisiones forenses o de due diligence.
  • Diagnosticar procesos, control interno y riesgos (COSO), y proponer mejoras documentadas en políticas y procedimientos.
  • Preparar papeles de trabajo sustentados y conformes con la metodología y el sistema de gestión de calidad de la firma.
  • Redactar informes, cartas de hallazgos y presentaciones ejecutivas, y comunicar resultados a gerencia y juntas directivas, incluso en inglés.
  • Supervisar y revisar el trabajo de asistentes, y controlar horas, plazos y presupuesto del encargo.
  • Apoyar al socio y al gerente en el alcance de propuestas, estimación de honorarios y relación con el cliente.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o carrera afín.
  • Entre 5 y 10 años de experiencia en análisis financiero, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) o control de gestión.
  • Nivel de inglés B2+ (lectura, escritura y conversación).
  • Experiencia comprobable en reestructuraciones contables.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel, incluyendo modelado financiero y tablas dinámicas.
  • Experiencia en implementación y aplicación de NIIF, NIIF para PYMES e IFRS.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en análisis de estados financieros.
  • Conocimientos en auditoría interna.
  • Experiencia en evaluación y mejora de procesos.
  • Alta capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.

Deseable

  • Experiencia con sistemas ERP como SAP, Softland, Oracle o NetSuite.
  • Conocimientos en Power BI, Tableau y SQL.
  • Posgrado, maestría o certificaciones profesionales relacionadas con finanzas, contabilidad o auditoría.
