Wil jij tijdens je stage niet alleen meekijken, maar vooral meedoen? En lijkt het je leuk om ervaring op te doen binnen HR bij een groot familiebedrijf waar dagelijks vol passie gewerkt wordt aan de lekkerste bakkerijproducten? Dan hebben wij vanaf februari 2027 een mooie stageplek voor jou binnen ons HR-team op ons servicekantoor in Hedel.

Wat ga je doen?

Als HR stagiair(e) draai je mee binnen ons HR-team en krijg je de kans om verschillende kanten van het HR-vak te ontdekken. Geen stage waarbij je maandenlang alleen maar administratie verwerkt: we vinden het juist leuk als je initiatief neemt, vragen stelt en steeds meer werkzaamheden zelfstandig oppakt.

Je komt terecht in een HR-team dat bestaat uit 1 HR Manager, 7 HR-collega's en 1 Corporate Recruiter. Samen ondersteunen we onze bakkerijen op allerlei HR-vraagstukken.

Afhankelijk van jouw opleiding, interesses en leerdoelen kun je onder andere aan de slag met:

  • Onboarding
  • Verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid
  • In-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers
  • HR-processen verbeteren en optimaliseren
  • Medewerkerstevredenheid en betrokkenheid
  • HR-data en rapportages
  • Talentmanagement
  • Exitgesprekken en analyse van uitstroom
  • Diversiteit en inclusie
  • Interne communicatie rondom HR-thema's

Je krijgt daarbij een kijkje achter de schermen van zowel Bakker Goedhart als Huis van Bakkers. Daardoor leer je HR kennen binnen een organisatie met verschillende bakkerijen, locaties, functies en doelgroepen.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand die nieuwsgierig is en zin heeft om mee te draaien in de praktijk. Daarnaast:

  • volg je een hbo-opleiding in de richting van HRM;
  • zoek je vanaf februari 2027 een meewerk- of afstudeerstage;
  • ben je communicatief sterk en vind je het leuk om contact te hebben met verschillende mensen;
  • werk je nauwkeurig en kun je vertrouwelijk omgaan met informatie;
  • ben je proactief en durf je zelf met ideeën te komen.

Daarnaast bieden we:

Bij Bakker Goedhart en Huis van Bakkers werken onze collega's in onze bakkerijen en op het servicekantoor iedere dag samen om Nederland te voorzien van vers brood en andere heerlijke bakkerijproducten.
