The posting

Heb jij een passie voor techniek en wil je leren hoe je ervoor zorgt dat grote productielijnen en machines in topconditie blijven? Bij ons krijg je de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot volwaardig monteur – terwijl je werkt in de geur van versgebakken brood.

Wij bieden een BBL-werkplek waarbij je één dag per week naar school gaat en de rest van de week leert in de praktijk, onder begeleiding van ervaren vakmensen.

Tijdens je opleiding werk je in dagdienst – zo kun je goed leren en wennen aan het vak. Na het afronden van je opleiding stroom je door naar een functie in de technische dienst in een 3-ploegenrooster (ochtend, middag en nacht). Uiteraard ontvang je hiervoor een aantrekkelijke ploegentoeslag.

Wat ga je doen?

  • 🔧 Je leert onderhoud plegen aan moderne bakkerijmachines
  • ⚡ Je lost storingen op en denkt mee over technische verbeteringen
  • 🔍 Je leert diagnoses stellen met behulp van meet- en regeltechniek
  • 🤝 Je werkt samen met collega’s uit productie, logistiek en techniek

Wie zoeken we?

  • ✅ Je volgt (of start binnenkort met) een MBO-opleiding in de richting van Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde (niveau 2, 3 of 4)
  • ✅ Je hebt technisch inzicht en vindt het leuk om met je handen te werken
  • ✅ Je bent leergierig, betrouwbaar en hebt een gezonde dosis humor
  • ✅ Je kunt goed samenwerken én zelfstandig aan de slag gaan
  • ✅ Je staat open voor werken in een 3-ploegenrooster na je opleiding
