Qualificar oportunidades comerciais e garantir que leads realmente preparados avancem para o time de vendas.

Principais responsabilidades

Contato com leads:

Realizar atendimento via WhatsApp, ligação e outros canais para qualificação dos leads.

Qualificação comercial:

Entender o cenário do potencial cliente, identificar dores e avaliar potencial de fechamento.

Agendamento de reuniões:

Garantir reuniões qualificadas para o time de Closers.

Follow-up ativo:

Acompanhar leads que ainda não avançaram e manter relacionamento até o momento ideal.

Atualização de CRM:

Registrar informações, interações e etapas corretamente no sistema.

Rotina de performance:

Acompanhar métricas diárias e manter consistência operacional.
