Assistente de Marketing | Balzani Company

Estamos em busca de uma pessoa criativa, proativa e antenada em redes sociais para fazer parte do nosso time de marketing.

Você irá atuar principalmente na captação e edição de vídeos para as redes sociais da Balzani, participando da produção de conteúdos que fortaleçam nossa marca, gerem engajamento e aumentem nossa presença digital.

Não precisa ser especialista ou ter anos de experiência. Buscamos alguém com conhecimentos básicos, interesse em marketing e, principalmente, vontade de aprender, executar e crescer junto com a empresa.

Sua Missão

Transformar ideias em conteúdos para as redes sociais da Balzani, participando da gravação, edição e organização de vídeos que contribuam para o posicionamento e o crescimento da marca.

Principais Responsabilidades

Captação de vídeos:

Gravar conteúdos para Reels, Stories e outras plataformas digitais.

Realizar gravações de bastidores, rotina da empresa, eventos e conteúdos com a equipe e a liderança.

Utilizar iPhone para a captação de imagens, cuidando do enquadramento e da qualidade dos vídeos.

Edição de vídeos:

Editar vídeos utilizando principalmente o CapCut.

Inserir legendas, cortes, músicas, transições e outros elementos necessários.

Adaptar os vídeos aos formatos e às tendências das redes sociais.

Apoio na criação de conteúdo:

Pesquisar referências e tendências no Instagram e TikTok.

Sugerir ideias de vídeos e formatos de conteúdo.

Participar do planejamento e da produção de conteúdos para as redes sociais.

Apoio ao time de marketing:

Colaborar com as demandas de comunicação e conteúdo da empresa.

Organizar arquivos e materiais audiovisuais.

Cumprir prazos e manter uma rotina organizada de produção.

Não é necessário ter experiência profissional anterior. Você pode estar estudando ou começando sua trajetória na área. Diferenciais

Já ter gravado ou editado vídeos, mesmo que para projetos pessoais.

Ter familiaridade com tendências de conteúdo digital.

Conhecimentos básicos de enquadramento, iluminação e áudio.
