De la réservation à la gestion quotidienne, les process sont optimisés et automatisés dans le but de faciliter la vie des nos nounous et familles clientes.

L’application mobile dĂ©veloppĂ©e est la plus complĂšte du marchĂ© : elle permet de simuler en ligne les aides financiĂšres auxquelles les familles sont Ă©ligibles (financement jusqu’à 95 %), de rĂ©server une garde sous 24h, d’accĂ©der Ă  son espace personnel pour modifier, annuler et/ou rĂ©server une nouvelle prestation. La gestion administrative est complĂštement dĂ©matĂ©rialisĂ©e pour un confort optimal pour tous : zĂ©ro papier mais un service client hyper rĂ©actif.
