1.负责全球电商销售目标达成，制定品类增长规划与产品组合策略，完成目标向站点/渠道/SKU 拆解并跟踪落地，对经营结果负责。 2.洞察海外市场与竞品动态，识别机会与风险，输出差异化竞争方案与量价策略，最大化产品销量、利润与销售额。 3.负责产品全生命周期管理：把控上市、热销到退市清货的节奏，监控 PSI，做好销量预测，保障库存周转健康、无风险积压。 4.拉通内部运营团队，共同优化站内转化路径，持续提升转化率；结合产品表现制定销售提拉方案，活动运营方案。 5.对接产销、产品、市场及售后服务等部门，保障货源按需及时交付；从数据中挖掘增长机会并推动跨团队。

1.本科及以上，3 年以上跨境电商/品类运营/GTM 经验，有品牌电商或 3C/消费电子/IoT 品类经验优先。 2.熟悉电商业务，深入理解电商运营与盈利模式，具备产品操盘、量价管理与全生命周期管理能力。 3.熟悉海外线上线下渠道，了解各渠道销售模式与决策链路，懂多渠道协同与差异化打法。 4.了解海外市场与用户，数据驱动，能独立完成目标拆解、PSI 监控与销售预测。 5.沟通协调强、跨部门推动力强，结果导向；英语可作为工作语言。
