1. 拆解客服领域AI产品运营目标，根据目标制定运营规划，完成运营指标（解决率，满意度） 2. 负责智能客服 Agent、客服助手 Copilot 等 AI 应用的Badcase发现与解决； 3. 筛选、整理并标注行业高质量训练数据，制定标注及质检规则，为Agent迭代提供优质数据支撑； 4. 拆解业务需求与痛点，将业务知识及操作流程转化为 AI 可理解的标准化 SOP 与训练规则； 5. 协同业务团队，跟进并同步项目进度，输出操作手册，推动 AI 产品高效落地推广。

1. 具备 1 年及以上 AI 训练或 AI 产品落地相关经验，有 3C、3D 打印行业经验者优先，熟悉 AI 产品化全流程； 2. 对 AI 技术有清晰认知，了解大语言模型、AI Agent 等基础概念，能熟练使用 AI 训练工具及配置平台（无需算法研发与编程能力）； 3. 具备较强的业务拆解与转化能力，逻辑缜密，能够将复杂流程转化为 AI 可执行规则，并具备较强的细节把控能力； 4. 具备良好的数据敏感度，能够快速识别数据质量问题，并制定合理的标注及优化方案； 5. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协作能力，能够高效对接各方并推动项目落地； 6. 学习与适应能力强，能够快速掌握行业知识，跟进 AI 技术趋势，灵活应对业务变化； 7. 责任心强，具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，对 AI 产品落地效果负责。
