职能范围 1、主导 AI 项目全流程，从 0 到 1 完成产品交付，设计 AI 技术应用方案并推动落地。 2、平台建设与能力搭建：参与AI中台工具与管理后台的功能规划与产品设计；参与智能体（Agent）的流程建模与能力编排，支持高价值业务需求的快速配置与上线。 3、产品设计与迭代推进：跟进产品需求全流程，包括需求拆解、原型设计、功能评审与迭代验收；分析用户行为与使用反馈，提出体验优化与性能改进建议；参与大语言模型能力封装与标准化接入流程设计，提高模型在不同业务场景下的泛化能力。 4、内容输出与知识体系建设：撰写产品文档、功能说明、API文档与用户使用手册等；协助构建团队知识库与产品资料库，提升产品交付效率；支持面向客户、合作方或内部的使用教程与培训材料编写、视频录制等内容传播工作。 5、研究与策略支持跟踪 AI的技术趋势；对标国内外同类产品，进行竞品研究与行业分析，输出报告或方向建议；

招聘要求： 1、3 年以上产品经理经验，有 AI 相关产品经验者优先 2、对 AI Agent / 智能体编排框架有初步理解或实战经验（如 LangChain、Flowise、AutoGen、Dify、Coze 等）； 3、具备基本编程能力，熟悉 Python，能快速搭建原型、调试 API、编排工作流； 4、了解 GPT 系列大模型（OpenAI / Claude / 千问等）的调用方式与能力边界； 5、熟悉产品设计流程，具备原型图绘制和需求文档撰写经验； 6、表达清晰，逻辑严谨，能独立思考并积极主动推进事情； 7、善于团队协作，有一定抗压能力，乐于适应变化快速的工作节奏；
