1. 负责AI训练师团队的日常管理、人员培养、绩效管控及工作统筹，带领团队高效推进各项AI训练及业务落地任务，打造交付能力强、贴合业务的专业团队，确保各项工作按时按质达成。 2. AI产品化落地：深度贴近业务场景，主导将业务知识、服务流程转化为AI可理解、可执行的标准SOP，负责AI agent及workflow的配置、调试与优化，推动AI能力在业务场景中规模化落地。 3. 自助服务体系优化：负责基于AI的自助故障排查系统（如智能问答机器人、故障诊断工具）的搭建、训练与迭代，分析用户声音及行为数据，持续优化AI表现，提升自助服务的准确率、覆盖率及自助解决率，助力用户快速解决产品使用相关问题及衍生服务需求。 4. 内部AI工具赋能：为服务团队提供AI工具支持，搭建并优化AI辅助系统（如智能工单分类、自动回复建议等），推动团队高效利用AI工具，提升内部工作质量与效率，辅助业务数据分析及知识沉淀。 5. 跨团队协作：重点对接研发团队，建立高效协作机制，精准传递业务需求，结合核心数据指标驱动AI产品迭代，从产品角度提升AI工具易用性，全面提高内外部用户满意度。

1. 本科及以上学历，人工智能、机电工程、计算机相关领域优先。 2. 3年以上AI训练、AI产品支持、智能客服/自助排障工具相关工作经验，1年以上团队管理经验，具备相关项目落地及团队管控案例。 3. 熟悉对话式AI、知识图谱等AI技术应用，理解AI训练逻辑（无需算法能力）；能将业务知识转化为AI可执行SOP，熟练配置AI agent及workflow；具备基础数据分析能力，掌握SQL/Python者优先。 4. 交付能力强，目标感清晰；具备优秀跨团队沟通协调能力、数据及问题驱动思维，责任心强，有人员培养意识。 5. 智能硬件行业AI训练经验、主导过自助故障排查类AI产品落地者优先。
